By accessing the wy2 website, registering an account, or using any service offered by wy2, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all users of the wy2 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity.

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the wy2 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. wy2 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wy2 account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify wy2 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. wy2 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

wy2 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations. You agree to provide any documentation requested by wy2 for KYC purposes, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account termination.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wy2 supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (₱) via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at wy2's discretion. All transactions are processed in PHP unless otherwise stated.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. wy2 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an unverified or third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. wy2 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Standard withdrawal processing times apply and may vary depending on the payment method selected.

4.4 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your wy2 account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by wy2 at any time, with or without prior notice, in accordance with regulatory requirements or internal risk management policies.

wy2 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made.

• Bonuses are credited to your account in accordance with the specific promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• wy2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the promotion terms.

6.1 Game Outcomes

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, wy2 reserves the right to void any affected game round and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction or software error are not valid and will not be paid out.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wy2 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the wy2 platform or the experience of other players.
• Allowing any person under the age of 21 to access or use your wy2 account.

All content on the wy2 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface elements, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of wy2 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wy2 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the wy2 platform without the prior written consent of wy2.

The wy2 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

wy2 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC verification, or regulatory requirements.

You may close your wy2 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonus amounts subject to wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
